Illawarra Criterium Track

Opened in September 2022, this closed-loop track in Unanderra is a haven for riders of all kinds! Whether you’re cruising on a bike, gliding on a scooter, or showing off rollerblade moves — all non-motorised wheels are welcome.

Push your limits, build up speed, test your endurance, or simply coast through some carefree laps. The track’s yours to enjoy!

Illawarra Velodrome

Right beside the criterium track, you’ll find a classic steeped oval velodrome — a cyclist’s dream for training, competing, or just having fun on two wheels.

The Illawarra Velodrome is proudly licensed and run by the Illawarra Cycling Club, keeping the wheels spinning for riders of all levels.

Accessing the action is easy. Find the nearest entry to the Illawarra Criterium Track via Factory Road, Unanderra, while the gateway to the velodrome is right off the Princes Highway, Unanderra.
