The kitchen, lead by Head Chef Graham Ette, prepares delicious seafood plates cooked to order, designed to share. The menu is a combination of classic chip-shop fare and more worldly seafood flavours with an in-house Sushi and Poké Bar.
All of the fish is responsibly-sourced and sustainably caught, and South Sailor work closely with local suppliers to receive the best of the local prawns, oysters and fish from the south coast, Australia and New Zealand.
At the bar, the beverage menu is filled with the sort of wines you feel like drinking with a bucket of tiger prawns. Beers and ciders include a premium range of creations from the south coast and Australia, not to forget Asahi and South Sailor Pale Ale available on tap.
With indoor and outdoor seating, a licensed bar and kids beach cubby, gather the family for a relaxed weekend lunch or head in with friends for an evening of drinks, a shared feast and local tunes.
